About the event
Join us each month as we delve into the empowering realm of food preservation! Sharing the ancient skill of preservation is one of the first steps we can take towards a practical sustainable future and building individual and community resilience! In this series of workshops we will learn how to work with the various forms of bottling, canning, dehydrating, fermenting, pickling, powdering, culturing and even tincturing. All forms of food preservation to build a diverse yet reliable food pantry.
